Car Accident

If your injury was in result of a car accident, it MUST be filed under No Fault with your car insurance provider. We can bill your MEDPAY if you have coverage. We also work with a network of attorneys who will represent you in a bodily injury claim if necessary. In that case, we work with an attorney lien meaning we provide all treatment and wait for payment once your case is settled.

If An Accident Occurs: *Be prepared*. Have your license, registration and insurance information handy. Make sure the area is safe before you exit your car.

Notify authorities such as police, highway patrol, and/or ambulance services if there is a significant property damage or anyone appears injured.

As Soon As Possible: Notify your insurance company.

Don’t Leave the scene under any circumstances except to seek urgent, immediate medical treatment and, if possible, identify yourself to someone at the scene before leaving for medical treatment.

After the Accident: Get checked out by your chiropractor as soon as possible.
